I’m Rob Pierce and, together with my family, we run The Caravan Doc which is the longest serving National Caravan Council approved mobile workshop in North Wales.  (known as AWS)

I have been an engineer all of my working life, starting in the Royal Navy as a Marine Engineer Mechanic. After my service was over, I worked as a heavy plant mechanic fixing large, industrial machinery and then as a PCV mechanic at a local coach firm.

My family and I have always been keen caravanners and campers, so in 2009 I started the company to combine our passion for the outdoors with my engineering, electrical, plumbing and mechanical skills.

Because we have to be inspected and assessed every year to keep our accreditations, you can be sure that the work carried out on your vehicle, caravan or trailer is of the highest standard.

My promise to you is that your caravan or motorhome will receive the same care and attention to detail that I have given to school busses and navy ships in the past! No job is too big or too small for us – if you have damp problems, electrical issues, interior or exterior damage, plumbing woes or require a new accessory fitted, then we are your one-stop solution.
